| Powdery mildew and downy mildew are two of the top foliar disease of grapes, and an ever-enduring issue to manage. The biology of both is well known, and the control measures well documented. But sometimes they just seem to get away from us. So what drives epidemics? Weather? Resistance? Spray techniques?
