About Me
I am a PhD student in Bolzano, northern Italy, and I am currently looking at sustainable wine production using disease resistant hybrid grape cultivars. I previously have studied oenology at the University of Adelaide, SA, Australia (Graduate Diploma & Master of Philosophy) and systematic botany at the University of New England, NSW, Australia (Bachelor of Science with Honours). My research work has included use of HPLC, GCMS, colorimetry, and sensory analysis. A list of my publications can be found on ResearchGate.
I have worked at wineries in Burgundy, England, and Queensland. I also have experience of scientific copy editing and teaching English as a foreign language.
I am currently looking for a postdoctorate or an wine industry job in Australia or abroad that would utilise my extensive experience and allow me to contribute to the wine industry.
